Guest guest
Lucinda, Thanks for your email. I have added it to my file. It's growing to be a little unruly, but I still know where everything is, for future reference. My liver tonic is supposed to address parasites as well. If I don't see many bugs packing up and moving out within 2 months, I will address the parasites more intensely. I have been taking about 1000 mg.Vit. C a day for over 20 years, so I think I'm okay there. I also had a small kidney stone identified along with my enlarged gall-bladder when I had the ultrasound done. I had heard many years ago that vit. C can contribute to kidney stones and have been cautious not to overdo vit. C supplements. I do not suspect my vit. C intake contributed to the kidney stone. I am more suspicious of the added calcium in the bottled water which I took for 2 years. Guest guest
, thanks for taking the time to respond. I've been trying to take vitamin C up to bowel tolerance... looks like I'm needing a lot of it just now because I can barely get that much taken, must be because there are so many allergens in the air right now. I'm surprised how much vitamin C that is turning out to be, but I do have quite a problem with allergies and also seem to be trying to develop arthritis in my knees. I'm hoping the vitamin C will be helpful in fighting this off, but it's only one of the prongs of my attack to protect my knees.
