Guest guest
Hello group, I have read Bee's articles on allergy theory and allergy tests. I have done 3 different types of testing, vega, NAET, and skin scratching test. The only food that has been really agreed upon by each test is a coconut allergy. About 6 months I ate coconut and my tongue got swollen and I had to visit urgent care. Since then I have been too afraid to try coconut again especially since I don't want to visit urgent care. If I am understanding right, it seems as though the website states there are not any real allergies, just healing reactions. I know that coconut is so good for me and I actually used ot eat it often and cook with it. So my quesion is 1. do you really believe all those tests I did are a joke and waste of money (vega, skin test, NAET) 2. if you were me would you try eating coconut again 3. what about people who have anaphalatic allergies (I am worried my coconut allergy will turn into that) thanks tessa
