You said " The doctor is an advisor and this is my body so I'm

> going to listen to him and weigh my options and figure

> out a plan of attack. " .

That perfectly describes what I have been trying to tell my friends (?) and

family as they think I am nuts for not listening to doctors and going ahead

and having my gallbladder out 'as quick as possible'. My sister said 'I wish

I could cut that thing out of you!'--egads, I told her that is exactly what

I do NOT want.

I, too, lived on junk food for a few years while working and am now paying

the price. I finally did get results to my tests--no gallbladder disease

but do have a number of small gallstones.

Would you please share your format? In other words how do you evaluate the

relationship, who do you have on the list (anger at your gall stones was

interesting to me and very creative) and how do you " process or deal with " what

you

uncover?

Are you using some sort of structure or resource during this inventory?

You are onto a huge new source of healing for us all. Please share more.

THank you, (Atlanta)
