Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Today is my 8 week anniversary and I thought I would update everyone. I had my surgery on 1/27/03. I started at 263 and I am now at 229.5 - 33.5 pounds lost forever. I think if someone told me 8 weeks ago that I would only lose 33.5 pounds I would have been disappointed because I have heard so many stories of others who have lost a lot more in this time frame. But, I must say I am so satisfied with these results. I feel great!!! I don't have diarrhea or gas and that was my biggest worry. I have tolerated everything I have tried so far which is not a huge list but enough to satisfy my curiosity. I don't feel hungry and I haven't felt deprived. I am basically loving life. So... Thank You Dr. R. You are the greatest. French
Guest guest
So I am 8 weeks into the program. This week I felt quite sluggish so i took it easy on any extra activities and had some healing symptoms that I have not had for the past few weeks. I had some immediate healing reactions right aways that calmed after about two weeks. This week my eyes got red and irritated and I had a little bit of hair shedding. Also my back/neck continue to get so tight, sore, and crack. I do yoga daily but it helps only so much. I cannot wait till the day when the back problems pass. I am now starting enemas once a week and look forward to that. Few questions, 1. I read a lot of success stories for hair loss on the website but a majority tends to be woman. Have any men experienced hair health success on this program? If so what did you experience, as far as a time line. Lots of shedding before the hair got healthy? 2. I understand it can be up to one month for each year a person has been sick but when on average does a person's weight start to balance out. I assume the answer is it varies, I am curious because I have been told it can take up to four months for one appetite to balance, right now at two months I am always soo hungry. Also as I have mentioned on previous post I lost a good 5 to 10 pounds on this program and prior to starting always had a slender frame. So losing weight is not good for me, yet I believe the Candida is the reason I could never put on weight and one of the major reasons I began this program was to balance my weight. Ok input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Casey
