Guest guest
hi group, it's been awhile since i last posted but i feel as if i needed to consult bee for this question. my daughters(3/5)and i are experiencing a racing heart, especially during the night and when it's hot in the house. we have been throwing up and having diarrhea now and again. the symptoms come and go but my youngest has been eating very lightly, which is not like her at all. i'm assuming these are all healing reactions because my husband, who eats sugar non-stop and grains, is not experiencing anything. he says he's worried the coconut oil is bothering our thyroids. it's one thing for me to 'experiment' w my own body, but now i'm a bit worried the lack of carbs and the addition of coconut oil is harming my children. this does not feel like a 'bug' because it comes and goes, as i said above. please help me figure this one out... -shannon

It is normal to not have an appetite during that time. It is also better for all of you to go on an all liquid and/or pureed foods diet since it is easier on your body when you are detoxifying. You can have Bee's Egg Drink, soup, bone broths, etc., along with supplements of course. My 9-Day Program can also be very helpful: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Tell your husband this: All disease processes are exactly the same as the healing and detoxifying processes created by the body itself in an effort to maintain its health, in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc. The only difference for people on this healthy program is they are now progressing towards health rather than becoming more and more unhealthy, or dis-eased, because they are giving their body what it needs to " be healthy " according to Nature's Laws on Health. The medical field labels each and every " sign " of poor health as separate dis-eases, illnesses, symptoms, etc., however all of them are simply " signs " the body is working hard to maintain its health, so all of those " signs " are actually normal body reactions. In other words, they are just " signs " that the body is successfully attempting to restore its own balance. As Florence Nightengale, the famous nurse, says: " There are no specific diseases; there are [only] specific disease conditions. " Hang in there Mom since this too shall pass. Healing hugs to you all, Bee
