Guest guest
Dear , It sounds like weight gain as to do with carb intake rather than gender from what you describe. Over the course of 2 months I put on about 7 lbs (before getting pregnant - whole nuther issue there). I hadn't changed a thing in my diet or supplements. Oddly enough, a couple of months before that, my 3yo daughter, also on the program, gained about 10% of her body weight in a very short amount of time (like 2 weeks). She has retained that weight, and looks very chubby. My 6yo son though, also on the program, is as skinny as ever. Only difference between the two is that he doesn't eat any veggies, she LOVES her brussel sprouts or spaghetti squash and though I limit them, she'd eat them all the time if given the chance. Just musing and wondering... does it seem that only women have trouble with weight gain, and then, only some women?
