Guest guest
Why would anyone want to eat raw liver or even cooked liver? Contrary to what we've been told for years I can't see eating an organ that's function is detoxing and elimination. It would seem it is rather quite toxic in itself and I don't care what any nutritionalist has to say it's so obvious...Dean

Guest guest
I am not sure what the requirements are to label something " organic. " Again, it is my understanding that pork represents a greater risk, in terms of parasites, than does other meat. Guest guest
Hello Bee, I have a food dehidrator at home. Today I have been dehidrating minced organic beef meat and eating it raw. I do it at 105ºf ( 41ºC)for 3-4 hours. By doing this I feel I can digest meat better. Do you think is it dangerous? Raquel
