I have not taken GCGrass. I muscle test myself and my naturopath tests on the

EAV and the answer is always no.

I do find when I take most Chinese liver herbs I get a rumbling feeling and a

sense that " things are moving " . Chinese herbs are very strong and I think

they may be formulated to kick things into high gear. I feel comfortable with

Chinese herbs and do not find the feeling alarming.

I take Chinese Bitters on an empty stomach in the morning and I know it

stimulates the liver. Within 30 minutes, usually less, if the liver is going to

dump that day ( ie, quick poop of yellow bile-ish acid plus fecal material), it

does.

My sense is that Chang's herbs and the other Chinese liver herbs I have

used are formulated to be " stimulating " which I do not view as a bad thing.

Remember, that liver conditions are " damp heat " which must be lowered so it

does not become TOXIC damp-heat, as an acupuncturist was explaining to me the

other day. In their systemology ( is that a word?) expelling heat then dampness

is actually the goal.

So you are describing symptoms as I am that could be classified as

" expelling " in nature.

Hope that helps, (Atlanta)
