Guest guest
Hi Bee, I was asking because I thought I'd try to lower my fat intake as per your original recommendation to us who have gained weight. I just feel I have to do something because I can't keep gaining weight! I'm already in the overweight category according to many online charts. Guest guest
Dear Bee, Thanks for your response. Unfortunately lowering my carbs does not help, as I was on your all meat and fat program for 2 months and continued gaining weight quickly. Currently I'm eating 20-30 grams of carbs and my weight hasn't changed.
