Is 1.5 TBL correct? +++Hi , Why be concerned about a minimum amount of butter? Butter is cheaper than coconut oil so you should have as much butter as you need to meet your fat ratios; the minimum coconut oil is 5.5 tablespoons per day (therapeutic dose). You need both since they provide different kinds of nutrients. I think it is good to have 5.5 tablespoons of butter per day. I just feel I have to do something because I can't keep gaining weight! I'm already in the overweight category according to many online charts. Dear , However your current weight is in the normal range, and not overweight, so you do not need to lose weight. Good fats don't increase body fat. Carbs can, so lower your carbs. You did increase from a low weight, which was too low. Bee
