How about Xylitol? Safe and tastes good..even sweeter than sugar! You

can get the regular sugar and it is also available in candies and gums.

I use it to make pies.

Just make sure you read the label on some of those main stream gums that you

see. They say " Xylitol " real big but they also contain aspartame. I was

shocked when I realized that.

I have seen candy and gum at the health food store that contain only

xylitol for sweetener.

+++Hi Tammy,

We ask that members search our Message Files before asking questions.

I just entered Xylitol and it came up right away. Here's the answer to your

question:

Xylitol is a processed substitute sugar, that is made from from birch wood or

corn cobs. So it is not healthy for anyone, and yes, it also feeds candida like

any sugars or toxins do.
