And so to best gradually progressing into an anti-Candida diet I was wondering if eating Paleo for a couple of months would better ease the transition? The only sugar I would be consuming would be from oranges. In your opinion, to what extent will eating Paleo for a few months inhibit my progress of regulating Candida overgrowth entirely? > > The reason I ask is because I've experienced good results eating Paleo before, and I almost feel like I have no immediate way of verifying my suspected Candida overgrowth. Is there any type of test I can request from a doctor or a lab to diagnose the condition? +++Hi , Oh, I thought that since you are on my 9-Day Program you were on my complete program already. You should have done the " required reading " as instructed in emails sent to you when you joined this group prior to asking questions on the group, as follows - the 2nd article explains that you must go on this program gradually: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 200 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Doing any kind of diet prior to this program doesn't change the results of this program. No tests can be conclusive for candida. However, even if you don't have candida this program has proved to be an overall healing program that improves anyone's health, which you will understand after reading about it. Guest guest
Bee, yes I am completely familiar with your program along with the articles, I guess I'm just at a loss when it comes to the realization as to how heavy of a toll fully committing to the diet will be to the energy and stamina that I so heavily rely on to sustain my lifestyle. I know you cannot recommend any other alternatives, but from the outside looking in, it's a very hard pill to swallow, and I was just considering some better alternative for the temporary time being. Being that there are no tests, I feel completely at odds when the time comes to explain to my peers why it is that I look so sick. I feel ridiculous explaining to them that I suffer from a condition in which there is no sound medical diagnosis, wherein turn they feel as if I am only making myself sick. I am sorry Bee, but I just feel I am at a complete loss here taking on Candida all by myself completely. Sigh. > +++Hi , > > Oh, I thought that since you are on my 9-Day Program you were on my complete program already. > > You should have done the " required reading " as instructed in emails sent to you when you joined this group prior to asking questions on the group, as follows - the 2nd article explains that you must go on this program gradually: > > Doing any kind of diet prior to this program doesn't change the results of this program. > > No tests can be conclusive for candida. Sigh. +++Hi , I understand why you are at a loss, but this program improves health because it provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy, along with eliminating toxins, damaging foods, etc. I don't think you have any choice because of how unhealthy you are. Remember these are the Primary Causes of ALL failing healing: 1. Lack of the correct combination of nutrients that all humans need in order to be healthy-see: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/price1.php 2. Lack of oxygen at a cellular level, caused by malnutrition and the cells not being able to intake oxygen due to toxins. 3. Accumulation of toxins, poisons, and waste because of an inability of the body to detoxify like it should. 4. Lowered vitality (energy) due to stress, shock, injury, emotional upsets, losses, relationship or financial worries, being unhealthy, etc. 5. Poor " Nutritional Status " acquired from parents upon conception. I suggest you read more about healing naturally so you understand what you are up against, since there are no " quick fixes. " If you disobey the Nature's Laws on Health your health suffers. You are fortunate because you realize you need to take charge of your own health, while others wake up one day with a heart attack or cancer. All you have to do it START gradually on this program. If you do not do this program I wouldn't be able to advise you since your reactions and symptoms would not be predictable, i.e. moving towards health rather than dis-ease - see the Section " Healing Reactions Versus Disease Reactions " in this article to understand why: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Hi , I will echo what Bee said: Just START! When I first came across Bee's site, I knew I was sick and thought to myself, 'well, I'll just try this diet and see what happens.' I had no preconceived ideas about what would happen, how long I would stay on her program or how it would change my life. I just did it. That was nearly 3 years ago and I can't stress to you how profoundly her program has affected me and changed my life. I feel better than I have in years and I know I'm on the right path towards a long and healthy life. I no longer feel like a victim trapped in my own body and I have no intentions of ever going back to eating what the media tells us is healthy. Give it an honest try. You'll see. This program has literally given me my life back and it can do the same for you. Guest guest
Hello there, well see that is the thing, I have fully been on Bee's program 100% before, and quite frankly I could not handle experiencing all the die-off, that is why the second time around I am a bit more apprehensive. Perhaps, I just need to re-gather myself and re-assess what's at stake here, as if being a full-time college student was not challenging enough. But thank you both, I appreciate the encouragement. > > Hi , > > I will echo what Bee said: Just START! Guest guest
Hi , I understand that the healing reactions that take place can be quite overwhelming at times. During my first two years on Bee's program, I was doing my Master's degree and I have a family to take care of, so I know what you mean about the challenges of trying to do this program while needing to function. I found that over time my healing reactions decreased. And, if I knew that I absolutely needed to function (like when I had an exam or a major paper), I would take less coconut oil that day or even a day or two up to that point. I think the key is to try (if possible) to balance your healing reactions while still following the program. This may mean that you change over slowly to Bee's program or perhaps taking less coconut oil for a time. If your healing reactions are continually too strong for you to be able to function, it may mean that you are doing too much too quickly.
