All oil soluable vitamins are measured in IU, which stands for International

Unit, and not in MG (milligrams). My recommendations for Vitamin A, D and E are

all IU (not MG).

That shark liver oil does not contain any Vitamin at all.

It contains Alkylglycerols, which are measured in MG, and are not recommended.
