False Advertising by Natural Factors Company

Hi everyone,

I've revised my iHerb page to remove Natural Factors Halibut Liver Oil for

Vitamins A and D, replacing it with Nature's Way - see the Cod Liver Oil section

on my iHerb page:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php

That is because Natural Factors replaced natural source Halibut " liver " oil with

synthetic forms of vitamin A and D without correcting their label.

They claimed they had no choice, but false advertising is against the law, so

they are making a bad name for all supplement companies by not correcting their

label and the listings on many websites like iHerb.

Also, we need to contact Nature's Way that their product is actually derived

from fish liver oil, and not substituted with synthetics. If someone has time

to do this, I would appreciate your help.

This makes me very suspicious of all Natural Factors' products, and other

supplement companies too. It also makes me question how many supplement

companies are doing the same thing.

I will be researching other sources for all Natural Factors products, but I

could use your help:

1) To find the correct supplements.

2) To contact every company directly, and get confirmation, in writing, that

ingredients on their label and listed on all sites that advertise or sell their

products, like iHerb, are exactly what is in their product.

I also know that drug companies own many supplement companies, so that is

another issue.

I've already registered my complaint on Natural Factors website, that this is

false advertising, but I will also write to my contact at Natural Factors.

The best in health, Bee
