Hi everyone!

My name is Tina, I am 25 years old, I am from Norway but live in Australia (but

are in India at the moment)

I have 2 boys, I think they have a yeast problem as well (I took the test for

children reccomended on this page)

Mathew is 3, he has had diarrhea pretty much since he was born, he ask for food

constantly, sucks a lot, short attention span, can get hyper active, get sleepy

quickly, does not act himself if he eats unhealthy (sugar) (has had one cource

of antibiotics when he was 7 months old)

His diarrehea got a lot better when I did not feed him any milk, sugar and gave

him more veggies and meat. But his diarrhea seem to be back again now after we

have been travelling for a while (and it also looks like he is not digesting his

food properly, its like a mix of food bits and diarrhea)! I am trying to feed

him veggeies and meat, but he only wants carbs like rice...nuts, potatoes... Do

you have any ideas what I can do in this situation? How to make him eat

vegetables? He loves eggs, is 2 eggs too much for breakfast?

Jaron is 18 months old, he had colic first 6 weeks of his life, then at about 3

months he was so happy and satisfied for almoust 2 months, since then he has

been so unsettled, cries a lot, nappy rashes, does not like heat, did not want

to eat food untill just recently (2-3 months ago) so he pretty much only had

milk and some fruit (I breasfed to 13 months and then formula) But i realised

that formula made him get diarrhea so I started to give him cows milk, which he

tolerated, but now he seem to get diarrhea everyday and are also not digesting

his food properly. I would like the recepie how to make your own formula but the

page has been coming up as error(?) I am not sure if I can make it here in

India, but is there any other fluids that I can give him in his bottle that has

a slight sweet taste and are healthy? He is happy with anything really, we give

him coconut water sometimes...

He also does not want to eat vegetables or meat, only eggs and rice at the

moment, and some chickpea bread...

Any mums that have any experience with children and candida? ...and how to make

them gradually eat healthy?

If my son is 3 years old, does that mean he will only need to be on this program

for 3 months:)?

I have always tried to make my children eat healthy, but as soon as we visit

someone they get honey breads, bisquits, cakes, chips etc etc, and it is nearly

impossible to keep them away from it..It's so hard to say no if all the other

children eat chips or lollies, and my kids go into feeding fenzy as they are not

used to this kind of food... (and there is birthday parties all the time too:)

Is it really possible to keep a young child on this program? I can't just keep

my children at home all the time, what about day care? :)

I have one more question?

Does anyone know what you are supposed to feed someone that has bacteria caused

diarrhea? And what fluids? My 2 boys pluss hubby have the runs at the moment..

I read on this page about the eloctrolyte, but I can't find seasalt or

himmalayan somewhere so we have to order.. can I make this drink with indian

black salt??

I am giving them an antidiarrhoea tea at the moment with a tiny bit of honey (to

make them drink it) it contains only herbs (Hilde Hemmes Herbals) Does anyone

know if that is suitable? What about coconut water, it is said to be the best

electrolyte drink?

Thankyou for your help:)
