to aggravate Candida.~

+++Hi Sara,

That isn't at all true, since coffee enemas actually help the adrenal glands,

including the entire lymphatic system as my article states:

" It is beneficial to do " dry skin brushing " immediately before each enema,

making up to four passes over each body surface. If you are not accustomed to

skin brushing regularly, only make one pass over the body.

This stimulates the adrenal glands, so the lymph mucoid will pass into the

colon. As soon as an enema is done the channels for the flow open up, allowing

some lymphatic detoxification to take place as well. "

If coffee enemas actually weakened the immune system then cancer clinics

wouldn't be prescribing them for cancer patients, and people on my program who

are doing them wouldn't be doing so well.

Thanks, Bee. I figured as much. Just wanted to know what you thought about

that. I don't doubt that they work as the one I tried a month or so ago

definitely helped with something. And I couldn't even retain it for one

minute!!! I really need to get back on those.

By the way, my holistic doctor recommended that I do one 3 times a week for my

particular situation. But you say otherwise, what say you to that???

+++Hi Sara,

The diet and supplements are what help you the most, so just follow the schedule

in that enema article. More is not better!

All the best, Bee
