+++Hi Admir,

No, that one is not okay since it also contains Inulin soluble fiber, and

SweetLeaf Sweetener.

Go to my iHerb page and scroll down for 2 kinds of stevia that are good:

Hi Bee,

I have been using the Stevia, SweetLeaf in the egg drink for the past 2 months

(since being on the diet completely). Just ordered the correct one today. Should

I stick to the program an extra 2 months as I have been feeding the beast?

Thanks,

+++Hi ,

Maybe you should, however, after you are healthy you must continue providing

everything your body needs in order to stay healthy. That's why most people on

this program may add some foods but basically stick to this program, like me!

All the best, Bee
