Guest guest
I know this is really a mute point on Bee's pgm, since our fat intake is so high, but I've gotten in to a conversation with an acquaintance about how much fat needs to be consumed in order to pull the nutrients out of foods, for instance, vegetables? My friend said one only needs to eat a 'bit' of fat with veggies to get the nutrients while I contend more than a 'bit' needs to be consumed. Do any of your articles address this issue? Thanks so much for ALL you do!!!

I haven't considered how much fat would be needed since this program has plenty with every meal. What does your friend mean by a 'bit' (the size of a pea) and what do you mean by more than a 'bit'? In any case, I don't want to get into this since it is very picky. Bee
