Did it help your healing time? +++Hi , I now know the probiotic enemas didn't help me. The main things that helped me then were eating right, taking supplements, eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida, eliminating damaging foods, and doing things that helped my body detoxify and it took 30 months to cure my candida. So yes, I believe you are wasting your time. The body heals itself at its own pace and speed, and you cannot speed that up by any means, since it will still take 1 month of natural healing for every year of being unhealthy, and for most people today that is since before they were born. You can assist it when you are stressed or get a lot of healing and detoxifying reactions, but they just help you get through a bad period of time, so they don't speed up healing. It's mainly the correct combination of nutrients that help the body heal itself since they give it what it needs to do its job! , I don't use the term die-off any longer because it was fabricated by the medical industry in order to justify giving people antibiotics as this articles reports: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/help1.php Instead the term " healing and detoxifying reactions " is accurate according to how the body works. Also read this article on how our bodies react to poisons/toxins (including antibiotics, drugs, etc.): http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/poison2.php All the best, Bee
