Guest guest
Dittos here. I've lost 4.5 lbs in the past month and I was already 20 lbs underweight. L At least I'm sleeping better. I started off about 62kg & now I'm 50kg - I get constant negative comments from people saying I'm looking too thin now. Just wondering if you can suggest how I can bulk up a little, is it just a matter of eating larger quantities? Kind regards, Elaine

Weighing less doesn't mean you are worse off, or will get worse, if you are totally on this program since you " know " you are getting all of the nutrients your body needs. To " bulk up " would mean eating more carbs (plant foods) and all carbs feed candida, so you don't want to do that. Ensure you are consuming low-carbs according to your calculated ratios and just continue on the program. As you become more healthy your weight will normalize to what it should be, so don't be concerned. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Elaine, I too hit a low I never thought I'd ever see, which in turn caused me to loose my period as well. It was around the 6 month mark that my weight started coming back up. I didn't change anything, so it is just a waiting game. My period also returned once my weight bounced back. I was 108 pounds, down to 98 and now I'm 115! My weight seems to fluctuate a lot from day to day now. I hope that helps, or at least eases your mind. Guest guest
Elaine, Same exact thing happened to me. I was already thin and quickly lost weight and received the usual comments and was getting extremely concerned. However, after about 6 or 7 months the weight started to stabilize and now I am tending to gain a little weight back. I increased my portions of meat and made sure I had good fat everday. You will stabilize and weight will starting slowly coming back on. I now have to almost watch what I eat. > > > > Hi Bee, I've been doing the program for approx six month now but now I feel that I've become a little too skinny (you probably don't have many women complaining about that very often LOL).
