I was just thinking how wonderful n's idea was and how grateful I was

for her " thesis and clinical trial " that I am signing on for immediately (its

much tastier than the baked acorn squash I just downed with flax and pumpkin

seed oil..).

But you have raised the bar...what basalmic (and where) have you located

during your exploration that is a) your everyday choice and your special

occasion choice?
