Dear Bee,

Thank you for your reply. I have been doing your program for 19 months. From

what my parents tell me, I always had digestive issues, ever since I was born.

When I was 25, I had a severe case of candida overgrowth which got better by

doing deep breathing exercises and changing my diet (for the worse, but I didn't

know that!). I will do the deep breathing exercises and your 9-day program. I

will also switch to vitamin B complex and niacin, instead of taking the

nutritional yeast flakes because it does seem that I have regular bowel

movements when I don't take supplements, and I believe that raw nutritional

yeast flakes are contributing to the problem.Cordially, Helene

> Dear Bee,

> Before being on your program, I had lots of digestive problems such as what

doctors describe as gastrointestinal flus, as well as IBS, occasional

constipation and diarrhea, but I have all my intestines. Before I found you and

your program, I had a gallblader flush and several stones came out. A naturopath

told me once that I must have diverticulitis, but I never had that confirmed by

a doctor.

+++Hi Helene. How many years before starting on my program did you digestive

problems start, and tell me again how long you have been on my program?

I do eat all my vegetables well-cooked, but I don't cook the nutritional yeast

flakes. I have a real hard time digesting veggies anyway, and I go to the

bathroom maybe twice a week, and I regularly have to apply the castor oil pack.

+++I think you'll do better using either olive or coconut oil for your pack

instead of castor oil, leaving it on while you sleep.

I occasionally have stevia and other spices that are not well-cooked. I have had

brown stools twice since being on your program, but that's about it. I seem to

remember that it was when I ate fewer eggs and/or on the days when I didn't take

supplements to let me body adjust, but I'm not sure. I haven't been consistent

in my use of fitday, and I believe that I eat more proteins than I'm supposed

to.

+++It isn't a problem if you eat more protein as long as your fats are up to the

lower amount of your ratios. Ensure you always have eggs. You need to use

fitday enough so you get the feel for your ratios.

Bee, this is Helene again with a couple more precisions: I often get the feeling

that food gets stuck in my throat, and I don't take HCL. Other than that, I

occasionally have pain in the ileoceacal valve and in the liver, as well as

rectal itching, but that's about it.

Thanks in advance for your help!

+++You may not be producing enough saliva, which is mainly caused by your body

running on its fight/flight nervous system, so do deep breathing exercises

before starting to eat, and maybe a couple of times while you are eating.

+++Helene, in any case you should do my 9-Day Program, and possibly stay on

liquid and pureed foods for longer than 2 days.

Bestest to you too!

Bee
