Guest guest
I've certainly got no problems with the strong black tea for most people. I love the flavor so much more than the green or white.Numerous health benefits have been shown. Be sure to get ORGANIC tea though. It is a heavily-sprayed crop otherwise. Interestingly, coffee consumption, at a moderate level, shows up in many huge epidemiology studies as a gallstone preventative (even though it could trigger an attack in certain situations). I bet if you read up on SOY though you will be stunned and inclined to toss it in the trash. Soy is not meant to be consumed by humans. The myth is spread by the industry that long-lived Japanese eat it a lot but they don't. When they do, it's fermented. Fermentation removes some of the following problems 1) PHYTOESTROGENS- huge breast cancer link, early puberty, et.al. 2) THYROID SUPPRESSING hormone-like constituents. 3) Major links to FIBROIDS, UTERINE PROBLEMS, PMS, others. 4) TRYPSIN INHIBITORS that block enzymes in digestion-gums up the liver 5) 80%+ is now GENETICALLY MODIFIED. enfood! 6) MASSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL DISRUPTION worldwide from this rowcrop. Cargill, ADM and MONSANTO are taking it to the 3rd World like a plague Soy is even a problem when you eat cattle, chickens, sheep or hogs that have been fed soy in feedlots. The problems come through. Much worse of a problem if children consume it. It is very much related to the shocking Early Puberty Syndrome that is in epidemic proportions now.
