I am wondering if anyone has put together a sample diet? I am having trouble

getting in enough fats. I have recently been treated for my casein allergy so

this should not be an issue any longer.

Thank you,

Margaret

+++Hi Margaret,

If you get any treatment not included on this program you aren't really doing

it, are you?

Allergies to foods like casein (protein) in dairy products isn't possible

anyway. If they caused allergies our ancestors wouldn't have made it!

Also food allergy tests are false since labs do not use uncontaminated foods -

to understand the whole allergy business, which makes money for modern medicine

and some health practitioners, but it doesn't help you see these articles:

You may have difficulty digesting casein in butter, but that is because your

overall health is poor, and not because of the casein.

You can make your own Ghee which removes proteins from butter, or buy it.

Here's my recipe for it:

Here's the link for great Grass-Fed Ghee:

The best in health, Bee

+++ Hi Margaret.

I just wrote this out yesterday as I, too, am 5'6 " , but Bee commented that she

thought my numbers were out of whack (tho, I use Fitday for all calculations).

I'm waiting to hear from Bee on her further thoughts on my eats, but in the

meantime:

My ratios are as follow:

> > > protein: 68 grams

> > > fat : 170-238 grams

> > > carbs: 54 grams

> > 6.5 Tbsp coconut oil

> > 3 oz chicken

> > 3 oz ground beef

> > 1/2 c cooked broccoli

> > 3 Tbsp butter
