Guest guest
I am wondering if anyone has put together a sample diet? I am having trouble getting in enough fats. I have recently been treated for my casein allergy so this should not be an issue any longer. Thank you, Margaret

Allergies to foods like casein (protein) in dairy products isn't possible anyway. If they caused allergies our ancestors wouldn't have made it! Also food allergy tests are false since labs do not use uncontaminated foods - to understand the whole allergy business, which makes money for modern medicine and some health practitioners, but it doesn't help you see these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_1.php You may have difficulty digesting casein in butter, but that is because your overall health is poor, and not because of the casein. You can make your own Ghee which removes proteins from butter, or buy it. Here's my recipe for it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/butter2.php Here's the link for great Grass-Fed Ghee: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/pureindian.php The best in health, Bee

I just wrote this out yesterday as I, too, am 5'6 " , but Bee commented that she thought my numbers were out of whack (tho, I use Fitday for all calculations). I'm waiting to hear from Bee on her further thoughts on my eats, but in the meantime: My ratios are as follow: > > > protein: 68 grams > > > fat : 170-238 grams > > > carbs: 54 grams > > > > > > Here is a sample of my day (but I don't eat the full 54g carbs): > > > > 2 cups bone broth > > 6.5 Tbsp coconut oil > > 3 oz chicken > > 3 oz ground beef > > 1/2 c cooked broccoli > > 3 Tbsp butter > > > > According to Fitday, this gives me: 70g protein, 169g fat, 10 g carbs began 03/09/
