Guest guest
Dear Bee Thanks ever so much for your advice, I will try to follow through with it. I will start eating more butter today, coconut oil today  and ghee (non in stock). How do I do coffee enemas?    Do you know anywhere I can get the reccomended cod liver oil in the UK? PMT- Premenstrual Tension/Premenstrual Syndrome Can I check with you on the following supps: I have found the yeast on the thing: https://www.nutricentre.com/p-21230-solgar-brewers-yeast-powder.aspx Shark Liver oil, but doesn't state the vit A in https://www.nutricentre.com/p-44462-immutone-shark-liver-oil-1000mg.aspx Halibut oil http://www.nutricentre.com/p-44381-halibut-liver-oil.aspx Niacin http://www.nutricentre.com/p-32094-solgar-niacin-100mg.aspx B-complex http://www.nutricentre.com/p-42933-b50-complex.aspx Vitamin C http://www.nutricentre.com/p-28824-buffered-vitamin-c-500mg-purefil.aspx ???? I have been told the fermented cod liver oil is not suitable, but that was the best I could find in the UK I do have fish oil in. I have this in stock http://www.nutricentre.com/p-44118-bio-fish-oil-1000mg-in-fish-gel-caps.a\ spx Today I emphasized my diet on fats. now that I have been off nearly all carb (accept a few nuts/cream, I am stopping) I ate a good 75g grass fed butter today (not raw) 10g coconut Seabream Lets just say I had 6 eggs and 200g prawns as well (I didn't) But is the above diet OK for the day. Veggies are no good for me at all at present. I realise that fats are vital above all. The problem is I can't find a source of halibut liver oil other than those with soy oil in. I am getting some amazing burning/stinging muscle pains, have done for a while, especially after fats. Thanks! Best wishes P.S. Can I have cream and raw cheese in the future? Unnecessary text edited out by moderator

I will start eating more butter today, coconut oil today  and ghee (non in stock). How do I do coffee enemas? +++Hi . You can do a search on my website for many things since there are over 750 articles and about 250 recipes: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/index.php When you enter coffee you get the coffee enema article that explains everything: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.php >>Do you know anywhere I can get the reccomended cod liver oil in the UK? +++There are other members in the UK who can help you, but I suggest you post a separate message with UK and Cod Liver Oil to get their attention. > > PMT- Premenstrual Tension/Premenstrual Syndrome > > Can I check with you on the following supps: > > I have found the yeast on the thing: > https://www.nutricentre.com/p-21230-solgar-brewers-yeast-powder.aspx +++No, that is not the correct one since it is brewers yeast powder which has active bacteria in it; you need to get Nutritional Yeast Flakes. > Shark Liver oil, but doesn't state the vit A in > https://www.nutricentre.com/p-44462-immutone-shark-liver-oil-1000mg.aspx +++There's no details so I can't evaluate it. > Halibut oil http://www.nutricentre.com/p-44381-halibut-liver-oil.aspx +++There's no details so I can't evaluate it. > Niacin http://www.nutricentre.com/p-32094-solgar-niacin-100mg.aspx +++This is okay, but it is 100 mg, so you need to break up the tablets; most people have to start with 25 mg or less and slowly increase it so their niacin flush isn't too severe. > B-complex http://www.nutricentre.com/p-42933-b50-complex.aspx +++here's no details so I can't evaluate it. > Vitamin C > http://www.nutricentre.com/p-28824-buffered-vitamin-c-500mg-purefil.aspx +++No, it is buffered which means it includes either calcium or baking soda. Get vitamin C without buffers or any other ingredients in it - this is from my article on supplements: " Do not buy sodium ascorbate, since it contains calcium and magnesium, or possibly baking soda [called buffers]. If there is any calcium and magnesium in your vitamin C you won't be able to regulate taking the correct amounts of calcium and magnesium. Baking soda is high in sodium which is diuretic, meaning it makes the body get rid of water and minerals along with it. " > ???? I have been told the fermented cod liver oil is not suitable, but that was the best I could find in the UK I do have fish oil in. I have this in stock http://www.nutricentre.com/p-44118-bio-fish-oil-1000mg-in-fish-gel-caps.as\ px +++It may be okay, but 1,000 mg wouldn't be the amount of DHA plus EPA in it, so add them up from the label and calculate how many capsules per day you need to take, which is 2,000 to 3,000 mg daily. Of course you also need vitamin A and vitamin D in addition to this fish oil. > > Today I emphasized my diet on fats. now that I have been off nearly all carb (accept a few nuts/cream, I am stopping) +++I think you lowered your carbs too quickly which will cause problems for you - please print out Curing Candida, How to Get Started and write up your own plan for getting on the program gradually as it suggests. You'll also get symptoms if you do not increase your fats gradually. > I ate a good 75g grass fed butter today (not raw) > 10g coconut > Seabream +++What is Seabream?? 10g of coconut or coconut oil ? If it was coconut oil that would be less than 1 tablespoon. > Lets just say I had 6 eggs and 200g prawns as well (I didn't) +++???? > > But is the above diet OK for the day. Veggies are no good for me at all at present. I realise that fats are vital above all. > > The problem is I can't find a source of halibut liver oil other than those with soy oil in. +++Regarding Halibut Liver Oil: This product is naturally derived from purified and filtered fish liver oil, so it isn't derived from soy. If there is any soy in it the amount would be very small and nothing to be concerned about. +++Here's a good UK company where you may find a lot of the supplements I recommend: http://www.red23.co.uk/index.php The best in health, Bee
