Guest guest
Bee... I am currently reading through all of your success stories and I keep coming across the term " brain fog " . How would one describe that physically??? If it's what I think it is, it would be a kind of tingling feeling around the head. That's what I have. Is that what brain fog is??? Thanks, Sara
Guest guest
Hi Sara, Brain fog can be described differently by different people. For some it is that tingling feeling around the head like you describe, but for others it is a feeling of being 'spaced out,' drunk, slow with their thought processes, losing track of what they read, having difficulty following a conversation and not being able to think straight. Others have mentioned that they are very forgetful and can't remember enough of what they are talking about to finish their own sentences. Hope that clarifies it for you!
