Guest guest
> > Hello Bee and all. I am completely on the program since 6 weeks. I have digestive problems when I eat meat. I have tried to eat it cooked and pureed in a blender, but I don´t feel well with it. May be these problems are only detoxifying reactions, but I don't have them when I drink Bee's Egg Drink. > > Is it possible to do your program without meat or fish? Only Egg Drink and vegetables? Is meat essential for our healing? Has anybody been on the program without meat or fish for a long time? In this case, has it been successful? +++Hi Raquel, If you get digestive issues from meat it is because the nutrients in them are so very important for your health, so they will create healing and detoxifying reactions, and that's a good thing. So of course you won't feel well. In fact meats, eggs and good fats are the very easiest foods for all humans to digest compared to carbs (all plant foods), so they don't " cause " digestive issues. However, all good nutrient-rich foods create such reactions as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php If you are getting detoxifying symptoms that are too hard to handle, just consume less meat at a time, and gradually increase it. Yes, meats and fish are essential on this program, and if you do not consume them you are not following the program and you won't get the successes it provides. Guest guest
Hi Bee and others, I have a question to add to this topic. I found two fish sources I haven't used before but they give me and my family gas. It's stinky gas. One fish is called Black Cod and it's wild from Canada. The other is little smelt with eggs inside them. The instestinal gas is not good and I'm considering not eating these healthy foods. Should I reconsider? > > > > > Hello Bee and all. However, like all healing foods it would help your body detoxify itself better which may create more gas, which is a good thing! If you are concerned eat less of it at a time.
