This is getting very interesting for me. I've been wanting to shift to MALIC

ACID pills as the sugar in the apple juice is too much for me as well. So far I

haven't bought any m.a. pills but I've strayed from the apple juice since I

just

got tired of the sugar buzz and blues.

I'm intrigued by the addition of MAGNESIUM because I've been reading

about numerous diseases and conditions that are thought to be magnesium

deficiencies. It would be nice to have a good supplemental source in the diet.

I'll try to find that list of conditions related to low mag and post it here.

The other interesting thing you said was that you couldn't tolerate the Gold

Coin Grass. What was the problem? I have been getting some feelings in the

belly somewhat similar to a GB attack (but really mild and only lasting a few

minutes) 5-10 minutes after taking my GB6 Chinese herb pills. Is this what

you are feeling? Is that a good or bad thing? Maybe it's being active on the

GB?

Thanks for bringing up this important issue.

PS A great movie for all GB sufferers past or present is " SUPERSIZE ME " . it

is a brand new home-made documentary in the style and hot

off being the darling of the Sundance Film festival. It;s all about a very

healthy

33 year old guy does an experiment eating ONLY Mc 's 3 meals a day

for 30 days to see if it could be done and what would happen. The results

were worse than you can imagine. In addition to gaining 24# of ugly fat, and

experiencing devastating addict-like mood swings, he got liver sick to the

point where the team of doctors were begging him to bail out of the

experiment as he was risking permanent damage. It was interesting to note

that NONE of the docs (including a gastroenterologist) had an inkling that you

could get sick like this from eating junk food. Clueless. Anyway the movie is

funny, inspiring and will cure any lingering desire you may have left to drink a

Coke, eat a Big Mac or gobble some Mc fries. Go see it and tell others.

America has needed a movie experience like this one. Go early, our theater

was sold-out, PACKED with kids who are raving about it to each other.
