The reason I originally got on the diet was because of my skin. Since the diet my skin has gone through so many changes. Around 6 months into the diet I cheated and my acne got very sever and it lasted for about two months my whole face was filled with acne. It was a difficult time for me. My skin is now healing my acne is pretty much gone but I was wondering during my break outs I got some pitted acne scars or also known as ice pick scars.
