Guest guest
I was reading old messages where some girls took 90,000 IU vitamin A for three months to help with severe PMS symptoms. Is that still a reccomended treatment for PMS? Is it safe? I also ordered 500 mg calcium supplement from I-herb but it came in capsule form. I don't know if I should break it open and take the whole thing at once along with the magnesium? Is it okay if I only take 500 mg of calcium and magnesium a day? My magnesium supplements can be taken 2x per day because they are 250 mg pills. Thanks, Celeste

Do this 3 months in a row only. Break open the capsule so you are taking closer to the correct amount, i.e. 600 total per day. You also need a 100 mg more magnesium.
