Guest guest
Hi there, No, it doesn't have to be all organic. Not everyone on this forum can afford or has access to organic meats and vegetables and are still progressing. Do the best you can with the budget you have to work with. Guest guest
What about shrimp, does it have to be fresh water? If it does not have nitrates and sulphites, then what is it about farmed shrimp that would cause candida problems? They detoxify their bodies just like we do so their meat wouldn't contain toxins. Of course any shrimp or meats should not be treated with nitrates, sulphites, or any other additives, like dye. If you happen to get any nitrates or sulphites in foods you eat, take vitamin C at the same time, which will bind them up. All the best, Bee

Guest guest
>> however I want to point out that you save money on this program, as explained in many messages posted on this group, I think we're finally recognizing money-saving on Bee's program after a year. I notice I only go in to the meat and produce sections of the stores. I rarely even buy toiletries, medications (or doctor or dentist visits, for that matter!) or cleaning supplies any more, so perhaps this is where a lot of our money is being saved. Also, my son had been overseas for 7 months. He asked for Doritos and A & W rootbeer upon his return. I paid $4 for the bag of chips!!! So you stop dribbling $4 here for chips and there for coffee, etc., it'll probably start adding up. But I do believe it will take some time to transition over. You need to get the supplements and the coconut oil and you do want to get the highest quality meat you can afford. For my family, I try to keep the cost per pound under $2 (my 87-yo mom was telling me she and her sister's limit was $0.69/#!). I can find chicken on sale for $0.79 or $0.89/#, i've stocked up on boneless pork for under $2/#, etc., roasts... It's not the best but it's the best i can do for my family (which is 6 at the moment, the youngest being 10). Good luck on this new journey for you! began 03/09/
