+++Hi Anjali. Welcome to our group. Since you've had an itchy bum and

hemorrhoids for some time before starting on this program, your body will have

to " retrace " it in order to heal itself. Retracing is explained in this

article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php

While your body is retracing you cannot stop it, but you are doing some things

that make your symptoms more comfortable.

You can eliminate lemon and sauerkraut for sure, but do not eliminate vitamin C,

since it is very important for healing and detoxification.

Also ensure you are only having well-cooked carbs (all plant foods including

vegetables, spices and herbs), as explained in this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg3.php

It will help if you only have liquid and/or pureed foods (cooked meats and

well-cooked vegetables, herbs, spices blended into a baby food-like consistency

for awhile, along with clear water enemas. This is explained in my 9-Day

Program, however you should stay on liquid and pureed foods longer than 2 days

so please read the Special Notes:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php

Only you can judge " how long " you should stay on all liquid and pureed foods,

depending upon your symptoms. I've known people who had to stayed on them for 1

year.

I hope that helps.

Bee
