@@ Hi There,

What is your name, please? Since we tend to address people by name rather than

email. Thank you advance.

There are no lab tests that can genuinely diagnose Candida. Homeopathics like

massage or acupuncture can be good for aiding the body ease discomfort or assist

in detox , but they do not correct the problem.

This is where this diet program comes in. Since this diet is an overall

healing program, irregardless whether your health problem is Candida or Not.

This program will give your body the nutrients it needs to correct the nutrient

deficiencies and regain you to a healthy state again, as nature intended.

You will know your Candida/Yeast issues are gone when you are totally symptom

free. However, most people nowadays have been sick, since birth. So you should

expect to follow this program for one month times your age. In example, 30 yrs

old = 30 months on the diet program.

Furthermore, Please ensure you read these two important articles in # 1, so you

know what you need to do and why:

1. These two articles are " required reading " for all new members: How to

Successfully Overcome Candida and Curing Candida, How to Get Started:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php.

2. Some recipes are posted on Bee's Website:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/index.php, and others are on Bee's

Candida Recipes Group:

Recipes_For_Candida_Healing/

3. For encouragement see these wonderful Success Stories:

Furthermore, please familiarize yourself with the required

Supplements and the allowed foods on this program. See below.

,

I also have blood sugar issues and was concerned with keeping my levels up when

beginning this diet. I thought at first that I would need to eat some fruit in

addition to this diet, but turns out I had no trouble with my levels dropping

too low as long as I made sure to get all my allowed carbs for the day (which

shouldn't interfere with your current diet since its still a very small amount

of carbs.) Make sure to get your protein, fat, and carb ratios and stick to

them. Visit's Bee's page and use the calculator to get them:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/ratios/ratio.php

Good luck,
