Guest guest
I was wondering why I would have cramps and vomiting when doing an enema. Although, it does'nt happen everytime...This is the second time it has happened. The first time I was taken by surprise,....sorry to be graphic....but I was sitting on the pot and had to turn sideways so I could vomit in the bathtub. 2 days ago the same thing happened...but I happened to have the large measuring cup in the bathroom with me so I did have to make the stretch to the bathtub. I use 4 cups of plain room temp water....and nothing else. Thanks, Gail (curlygirl)
