Guest guest
> myhealthmatters2me This is a 'support' forum so in that light please consider my thoughts as they are intended, with support and encouragement. It sounds like from your comments that you are trying to mix two different diet protocols together. 1. a 'low calorie diet' and 2. the 'hcg protocol' diet. The two DON'T mix and they are 'apples and oranges' different from each other. You are learning, unfortunatly the hard way, that you MUST follow the hcg diet EXACTLY as Dr. S and KT prescribed. ANY diviation WILL results in no weight loss or gaining of lbs. No more than 500 calories per day AND ONLY the prescribed food is allowed. Because of the very physological structure of the protocol, your body WILL adjust to the 500 calories and the released fat WILL provide your body the necessary fuel to make the hungry feeling go away. But you must give it time to adjust. If you followed the diet 'exactly' for the the first 7 days, then your body just needs a little more time to adjust. It WILL happen. Again, physologially, your body has no choice than to. It WILL happen and you will not feel hungry. I hope you will hang in there. Perhaps you need to make a choice if this protocol is too hard to follow for you and maybe its not for you. I think by continuing the way you are is doing much more damage than good. We are all here for your support. Good luck. edwards112 > NO help for me. I caved yesterday and today. Days 9 and Days 10. Hope you can hang in there. I gained an entire pound today and expect to see a 2 pound gain tomorrow. Can you believe that? I spent an entire week on the program - and then gain but I will not even eat over a 1000 calories today or even yesterday... Weird program. It sounds like you really have to follow to a core. > I am still proud of me as I have had no bread, pasta, rice, sweets, or chocolate in 10 days. > Thanks. > M >

Guest guest
I do that a lot too...get busy and then forget to eat...but I've really had to force myself to just " sit down already " and eat...everything else can wait. I just consider it " me time " ... I also am a salt-aholic...I salt everything! ... Chloe > > I'm post-surgery nearly a week now. Guest guest
Hello group, I have been completely on the program for 2 months (without cheat). I still have food cravings ( sugar, milk...). I can control them with vit C and electrolyte drink. My questions are: - How long have you suffered with food cravings after beeing completely on the program? - Is it normal to have cravings after 2 months? Is it possible to have cravings until you are healthy? Sometimes I think I am not going to put up with this for a long time...
