Have you heard of the green pan? I was just in Target today and noticed

them. They advertise themselves as " healthy and eco-friendly " and describe how

their non-stick surfaces are from natural minerals. Here's the link:

I was hoping someone would make a coating (thermolon) that wasn't toxic, so this

one looks okay to me.
