Guest guest
Hi Caroline, The cravings will get easier. I never realized how the way I used to eat (especially breakfast) was just filling up on carbs. I would always get hungry again a couple hours after eating. Now that my meals contain foods higher in fat, I find I stay full in between them. Chris From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of caroduran_py Sent: Monday, April 11, 2011 7:43 AM Subject: [ ] New to the site. Hello everyone, I've been on the candida diet for a couple of months now and I do feel better, but not 100 per cent yet. As many of you, I found tons of information on the web, a lot of it very confusing, I also found different versions of the diet, but decided on Bee's after trying some variations and different suplements that ultimately made me sicker. My symptmos are mainly distended abdomen, constipation, fatigue, intense itching around the eyes, the skin around my eyes is also swollen and it looks flaky and red and I get blurry vision here and there. I also experience itching on my body, mainly on one spot: my right armpit... I believe I've had candida for at least 10 years, I'm 29 now and finally starting to figure out why my body does certain things. I went from doctor to doctor to hear that there's nothing wrong with me... I had many tests, including a colonoscopy, which in the end was not bad because it helped me rule out any conditions that would require some type of surgery. After all that, the gastroenterologist prescribed Amitizia to help me with the crazy constipation that got out of control starting the beginning of this year, it didn't help. I am now taking two tsp of Nutivia coconut oil twice a day, AM on an empty stomach and PM before dinner, I also take digestive enzymes and 500mg of magnesium, the constipation is pretty much gone, but my belly is still bloated and all the other symptoms are still there, also in the last couple of days I've been experiencing super intense cravings, dying to eat pizza, bread, sweets and bad stuff... I've read all the suggested articles and readings, but if you have any additional info that could be helpful, I'm listening. Thank you so much, Caroline

Good for you! > > I believe I've had candida for at least 10 years, I'm 29 now and finally starting to figure out why my body does certain things. +++We do need to understand more about how our body works, " the truth " and not the lies modern medicines tries to make us believe so we can make them more money with their useless toxic damaging treatments and drugs! +++Many people have gone the same route you have, only to be told there's nothing wrong, and worse 'it's all in your head' so they put on on mind-altering toxic drugs. +++Always have any whole foods like coconut oil, and all of the supplements with meals that contain meat or eggs, since all of the nutrients work together. I only recommend taking small amounts of coconut oil on an empty stomach to curb cravings for bad foods. +++Digestive enzymes, other than hydrochloric acid, are a waste of money, since stomach acid neutralizes them. You may not be constipated because of a lack of stomach acid nor digestive enzymes. The main reason is that Carbs (all plant foods), including vegetables, spices, herbs, etc. that are not cooked long enough are high in fiber which is very damaging to the digestive system: see Raw Versus Cooked Carbs (Plant Foods): http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg3.php +++There are no quick fixes for any health issues like doctors try to make us believe, so your symptoms will not necessarily get corrected very soon. It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy, and for most people today that is since before they were born. +++It is also is the same timing for each and every health issue you've had. That is because the body retraces all past symptoms, diseases, illnesses, organ malfunctions, injuries, etc. as it is healing itself. So you will re-experience many constipation episodes during that time. Say you had bloating for 3 years; it would take 3 months on this program for it to improve, and maybe longer because of the health issues that led up to it happening. +++My brother is a typical example of how long healing takes, since he had diarrhea for 20 years and it only stopped after he did my program for 20 months. He was 58 years old when he started on my program. +++I recommend taking 300 mg each of calcium and magnesium citrate supplements two times a day = 600 mg total per day of each. They must be taken together as my article explains. +++The good news about cravings is that your taste buds will eventually change so you don't crave bad foods, and instead you've crave good foods like meats, eggs, and good fats. +++Here's articles to help you curb cravings in the meantime: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu_2_5_3.php The best in health, Bee

Guest guest
Hi Bee, I am a little confused on what and how to follow your diet. You have a wealth of information on your web site. I am following your 9 day program but do not feel any results. I started the first day on the broth. The second day I started the pureed meats and cooked veggies. I have terrible cramps, painful gas, bloating, rumbling, gurgling, etc. All those horrible abdominal symptoms, with the big problem of constipation. I am doing enemas everyday, the only way I get relief. Most days I go a small amount, but am not empty, and the cramping and pain go on. I am taking your recommended supplements, and magnesium citrate. I am at a loss, and very depressed and frustrated. You did mention not to eat muscle meat? Does that mean no chicken, turkey, pork, fish etc? I need help very bad Elaine
