Guest guest
Dear Bee, Approx 2-3 weeks ago I removed the last bit of sugar from my ADHD daughter's diet which was dextrose in the salt we were unknowingly ingesting. Prior to this switch, she was not showing hyperactivity and was doing decently in school, but since the last drop of sugar was removed she has become hyper again, very talkative again, and cannot focus enough in school to complete work and the teachers are constantly calling with complaints. I wrote about this on the forum when it began a few weeks ago but I really thought that by now she would be ok. What's your take on this? Could she just truly be " ADHD " and need to be on medication in order to focus and behave or do all children eventually heal on this program? If so, what do you suggest I do for the time being? Thanks Lore
