Guest guest
Hello Bee, I spoke to you on the phone a couple months ago and asked you about my lower eyelid twitch that I have had since last fall. You recommended that I increase my magnesium by 5o mg but no more than 100 mg per day and to get 1.5 tsp of good sea salt a day as well as my calcium of course. I am currently taking 650 mg of magnesium a day and a 1/2 tsp of eggshell calcium a day. I do pretty well to get my salts in for the day. Any suggestions to get this obnoxious twitch to stop. Some days are more severe than others. I appreciate your help,

Eye twitching usually resolves on its own and is no cause for concern even though it is annoying. You can try massaging it but also massage around the area, and do it on both eyes equally, since nerves work on both sides of the body. Nerves can get blocked up in areas like that. Sorree.
