I don't know what has caused my chronic fatigue the past eight months. Some

suggested it might be yeast related and try oil of oregano which is how I

stumbled onto this site.

My history is I got extremely fatigued for six months in 2002, 2003 and 2004

and then my condition essentially went away for six years until it returned

eight months ago and won't go away.

After reading a lot on this site, my biggest concern going all in on this

diet is the supposed detoxing. I work 40 to 50 hours a week and can't afford to

have " major down " time as some are suggesting.

I'm not even sure my condition is candida related but I've been to countless

doctors, countless blood tests, etc.

Curious to get some feedback from Bee and others.

Hi there,

Is your name Mike? Welcome to Bee's group!

I will tell you that it *is* a long journey, but one that is well worth the

effort. When I first began I had no idea how long I could commit to such a

(what I thought was) difficult program, but it has been nearly 3 years and I

haven't looked back and I have no intention of ever going back to the way I used

to eat because that is what made me unhealthy in the first place.

It is possible that you won't need major down time all the time. You just may

need to change your priorities a little bit, like going to bed very early every

night instead of doing other things in the evening. I did this program while

doing my Master's degree and running a household. In the beginning it might be

a little tough, but very soon you will get the hang of the program and it will

become second nature to you.

Healing reactions can be rough, but it isn't constant and usually after a major

healing reaction, you feel better and stronger than you did before it. Yes,

it's often not pleasant to live through the healing reaction, but don't let it

stop you from trying this program. As time goes on, your healing reactions

lessen and the amount of time you feel better increases.

Even if you don't have candida, this program works since it's a complete healing

program. But if you are interested to see if you have candida, take a look at

the questionnaire on this page:

Time is going to pass anyway, so why not spend it making yourself healthy and

strong? If you already have chronic fatigue so you know how to deal with

working while not at 100%. This is definitely something you can do!

Take a look at all of these Success Stories. They will inspire you to take the

plunge!

And in case you haven't read these articles, I'll include them for you. They

will help you to get started on the program so you know what to do and why:

How to Successfully Overcome Candida

Curing Candida, How to Get Started

I can't tell you how much this program has saved me and my family's lives. I

whole-heartedly encourage you to try it!

All the best,
