Guest guest
Hey Bee... It's been awhile since I've posted. I've been really bad not sticking to the diet at all and now I have a possible UTI. I've still had the vaginal irritation this whole time as well, it never went away. I was tested on Feb. 28th for bacterial vaginosis but it came back negative. I think I might have it yet again unless the UTI is causing all kinds of irritation. Let me just say that I know this is my fault and I take full responsibility for my actions. Back on the diet I go!!! Just wanted to double check on the Parsley Tea for the UTI. Should I cover it while it is seeping for the 20 minutes??? I just made some and I'm drinking my first cup. It's tasty!!! I got fresh organic Italian parsley. I hope that is okay. It has the stems but I don't know about the roots. If it has the roots does that mean it is lighter at the bottom of the stem??? I hope this works cause I told the doctor I don't want any antibiotics!!! Does the parsley tea help with other things besides UTI's and bladder infections??? Thanks!!! Sara

You can cover the steeping parsley or not since it doesn't matter. Don't be concerned about parsley roots, the leaf and stems will do the job. You only take parsley tea for a few days, since it is diuretic, meaning it makes your body lose water along with important minerals. It also isn't a quick fix for bladder symptoms, since your body detoxifies through it too, so this treatment may not alleviate it. All the best, Bee
