Guest guest
I'm wondering if those of you parents who have your kids on Bee's supplement entirely, will you share how you're doing it, please? I look at the supplements I take and most of them are so big, my girls (10 & 14) squawk at the thought of having to take any of them (let alone the CLO!)... Thanks! Guest guest
Hi , I use the nutritional yeast flakes for the vitamin B's, ascorbic acid powder for C and drink 3 large cups of nutritional bone broth for my calcium/magnesium. All of it in my daily Bee's egg drink. Along with 1/3rd of my salt and half my fat. That just leaves taking the vitamin E pill. You can also bake the egg drink into a chicken pot pie. Recipe is on Bee's recipe site. Also, the bone broth can be simmered down to be more concentrated. Recipes_For_Candida_Healing Nan B. Guest guest
Hi , My kids ages 7,5,3, and 19 months all take all of the supplements. I put about 1/4 cup water (except for the toddler, he only gets about 1 tablespoon water) and put in the following: Cut up Country Life Vitamin E tab (Put it in first so it will dissolve) NOW calcium citrate powder NOW mag citrate powder NOW ascorbic acid powder KAL nutritional yeast flakes Stir it all up and they drink this twice per day. (I spoon feed the mixture to the baby.) The first month, I put Navitas Naturals stevia in too, but now they just drink it plain. As for CLO, we use Garden of Life and they hated it at first and now they ask for it because they like it.
