You can only get toxic by taking synthetic vitamin A at over 50,000 IUs per day for several months. It certainly didn't cause your bad headaches, since headaches are because of toxins being released, or because you've had them in the past so your body is now retracing them as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php Also all of your muscle and joint pains are caused by toxins, and since you've had them in the past your body will also retrace them. Hot flashes are not caused by a lack of hormones like progesterone. Hormones produced by the body can only be utilized if you get the correct combination of fats and oils, i.e. saturated fats, cod liver oil, vitamin E, along with other supplements and nutrients since all nutrients work together in the body. It appears you aren't getting the correct combination because you can't afford omega 3. Toxins also make all of the body's cell membranes rigid/stiff which means that organs and systems that produce hormones aren't as able to work like they should, and also hormones that are produced aren't as able to get into stiff cells in order to do their job - see this article to understand: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, Re. Vit A, D and omega. I thought there was Omega 3 in the 'Now' Cod Liver Oil. My 'Now 'cod Liver oil says it has Vitamin A & D with EPA/DHA. I thought the EPA/DHA was the omega 3. Do you know if this is so? If not, can I buy separate Omega 3 and what is it called? Sorry, I know you have a lot of emails to reply to, were you confirming that I can take the following of the Now Vit A fish oil, and cod liver oil I bought. 3/4 capsules of Cod live oil and one of Vit A. It helps so much to be clear with the supplements. Also, for clearing up all the pain queries. I should go on the forum more often. It does help. Even though it is difficult to believe at times, the main thing is we have to believe in it ourselves, read the success stories, and stick to the diet, as there are too many contradictory sites and opinions out there that make it more difficult for us, and conditioning is hard to fight! I don't have NOW cod liver oil on my list of recommended supplements, so please calculate the total of EPA & DHA on it, or find out how much is in it, to ensure you are getting enough Omega 3. You do not need to ask me, if you can do math. You need these amounts: Vitamin A: 20,000 IU - 30,000 IU Vitamin D: 800 IU - 1,200 IU Omega-3: 2,000 mg - 3,000 mg [EPA plus DHA] > Also, for clearing up all the pain queries.
