Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thank you for your web site. I have been reading it in depth. I have made progress implementing steps on your " Example Plan for Making Changes " I already was doing many of the things on your list. What has changed for me are the ratios and proportions, especially in the increase of coconut oil, and high vitamin cod liver oil, a very sharp decrease in carbohydrates, along with getting a healthy protein intake. I am also now making kombucha and beet kvass - both of which created initial vigorous cleansing reactions...My body seemed to crave the beet kvass for a week or two, and I still enjoy it. On your questionnaire I came out " possible candida " - but judging from the cleansing reactions (and odors, sorry if tmi.) I have to conclude that candida is very much at play here in my health difficulties. There is already some improvement in the sinusitis department, but I have a long way to go. I was impressed by your many testimonials, and how healing progressed very gradually for most people. I was also impressed that urinary incontinence was healed. I have suffered with this, so I hope it responds to the program, too, though healing asthma is the most important. One needs to breathe! Since starting this diet in earnest a few weeks ago, I've also had some cleansing symptoms that suggest a clearing of parasites...such as brief, but very intense itch in the nose, and something that looked very much like a worm in the stool. Eww...(I have tried parasite herbs, and the zapper in the past with no noticeable effect.) I believe the combination of these new things are helping: beets kvass/ and kombucha - (as I started each one I had noticeable 'cleansing' effects) low carb; moderate protein; and an increase in high coconut oil I also take turmeric/ginger tea almost every morning - as it helps open my airways. The raw ginger is anti-parasite, and it may be more effective now due to the changes, above. Thank you for being there. I can see that as I increase my health on this program, the true " diagnosis " may present itself as the issues are cleansed. Sincerely, K PS - I have about 5 amalgam fillings - but, as per your advice - I will wait until I am feeling much better before considering having them removed.
