Guest guest
Hi Tina... oh, my gosh. My heart just breaks for you! To be so desparate and not know where to turn for answers! I truly hope Bee will be able to give you some feedback soon! If you have read her articles, then you know on her program there are no: grains, starches, fruit, dairy, sugar, or nuts. You mentioned foods from those food groups that bothered you so you can feel free from them! Bee shares about a time when she was so sensitive to foods, all she could have was her egg drink three times/day. You might consider reading about Bee's 9-day liquid program; it sounds like it might be the place for you to start: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php From what you've shared about your sweet 7-yo, Bee's program will be beneficial to her, too. You can start her this weekend. Ensure you've read Bee's articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php I hope you find help and support here, Dear Lady. began 03/09/
Guest guest
Dear Tina, I understand, because of my own experiences, how you are suffering, however would you please break up your long message into questions with their story, rather than this extremely long message? You were emailed this Group's " Required Reading " and Rules when you joined this group. One of the rules is to NOT post long messages since this is a very busy group, and reading long messages on a group like this is extremely difficult. Also my time is limited since I have 3 Groups, a website, do consultations, do research, write articles, etc. 7 days a week. I'm sorry to ask this, but I'm short on time again today, I'm eating my lunch while typing, and will be busy this weekend with my daughter visiting. I rarely take any time off from my 7 days week schedule. I hope you understand, and thank you in advance, Bee > > Bee has asked me to post this on this site in order to be able to get answers. It's more of an acidic searing inside actually that has built up for 1.5 yrs more and more, to more foods over this time, now encompassing pretty much everything. > > I am in benzodiazeine w/d recovery at 11+ months off, but quit before after a long taper that ended 2.5 yrs ago. Mostly I had severe 24/7 nausea. I got down to only 2 foods that didn't make me sick, oatmeal and rice. My mouth and gut burned when I'd drink water, any water. Still does today even. > I restarted benzos as I thought I'd die and lost 30 pds in 3 months. And I stopped oatmeal and rice, since I began reacting badly to them, rice= severe palpitations for hours and oatmeal = burning mouth tissues and bit itchy. Most of the sickness went away and I introduced foods back into diet. All while trying homeopathic route and some other things. <snip>
Guest guest
Hi Tina, you are very fortunate to have finally come to the right place! My daughter used to suffer very severe life threatening reactions to many foods and terrible reactions to countless others. To put this simply, this was because some of the foods (high carbs, fruit, grains etc) were making her ill by feeding the candida that had got competely out of control due to her severe nutritional deficiencies and severe level of toxicity. Other foods made her ill (fish, eggs, good fats, coco oil etc) because they were causing very strong healing reactions. This can all seem very confusing at the beginning but you will soon learn. It is very scary to be in the position you are in, but believe me, if you learn as much as you can you will heal. Sorry I have no more time to help today but do feel free to ask any questions. You can find out more about my daughter's recovery by looking up messages 103728, 101614 and 100659. Do read through all the success stories on Bee's amazing website too. I'm assuming that you mean Bezodiazepine the sedative? Were you taking it for anxiety? If so, there are many people on this group recovering from anxiety disorders(me included!)aswell as many other mental diseases. My daughter was also suffering from anxiety, autism, hyperactivity, psycosis, and self harming to name but a few! Good luck and all the very best. > > Dear Tina, > > I understand, because of my own experiences, how you are suffering, however would you please break up your long message into questions with their story, rather than this extremely long message? > > You were emailed this Group's " Required Reading " and Rules when you joined this group. Guest guest
Hi Tina. I feel your pain. It is frightening when your body is not responding to anything. I was never in quite the same place as you, but three years ago my digestion collapsed and I also could hardly eat anything. I would get terrible palpitations and flushes and most foods would trigger some kind of reaction. I discovered that I was very gluten intolerant so dumped both that and diary (as I knew I was dairy intolerant) and just existed on a handful of foods and even then had difficulty digesting those. I lost quite a bit of weight (not a problem as I needed to lose anyway, but not being able to eat very much wasn't good, obviously). Pretty much all I could eat was fish and a tiny bit of well-cooked green veg. Carbs of any kind were a big no-no. Gradually though, with perseverance and several set-backs I managed to introduce a few more foods. I have now been on Bee's diet for a year and things have really started to improve especially in the last two or three months. Reading through your history, it seems that although you appear to have had a fairly good diet, whenever you've had any problems you have resorted to drugs of some kind, whether on prescription, or over the counter. The problem as I see it is that your system is very toxic. Unfortunately, all drugs are toxic, so all you end up doing is adding to your toxic burden. As you are well aware, the drugs usually only end up making things worse in the long run. All the itching and rashes are detox symptoms. Horrible I know, but the body has to try and rid itself of the drugs and chemicals somehow. The reactions you appear to be getting from different natural foods, may well just be your body using those foods as detox agents. We assume that these symtoms are bad - often because they are very uncomfortable, but these are ways the body uses to rid itself of unwanted stuff. The fact that your daughter got thrush from feeding does suggest that you are riddled with Candida, and that is undoubtedly your biggest issue. The by-products from the fermentation of carbohydrates in your body creates alcohols which can - in enough quantity overwhelm the liver's ability to detox the body properly. That may be another reason why you appear to be getting 'allergic' reactions to seemingly innocuous things, if your liver can't process them properly. Although you seemingly have a lot of symptoms, they really are just one big symptom - of an overwhelmingly toxic and clogged body. The problem with things like probiotics - certainly at this stage, is that the different bacterias react with each other causing other issues. The only way to really deal with Candida properly is to get the body healed and back into balance and that can only be done with good nutrition - from meat, fish, poultry, eggs, non-starchy veg and good fats - butter, ghee, coconut oil, lard and tallow (beef dripping) plus the basic supplements and the removal of foods that trigger the Candida overgrowth - the starchy carbs, sugars, chemicals and processed foods and keep the imbalance and deterioration going. As you are also well aware, whilst antibiotics may alleviate the problems for a brief moment, they make it all heaps worse in the long run by killing the bacteria in the gut that help to keep the Candida under control. My digestion was trashed due to having been given loads of antibiotics as a child - unneccesarily - which makes me even more angry! They just tear down (anti-biotic - anti-life) when what the body really needs to resist 'infection' is high nutrition. The trick is to start very slowly - first gradually removing the carbohydrates and sugars and then slowly introduce the healing foods - you may find that you will react to things like eggs and coconut oil so you may have to start with just half a teaspoonful. These are healing and detox reactions - not allergies. Make sure you read all the info in these sections so you know how to start Bee's diet and what to expect as you go along. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php It will be hard to start with and the reactions may be very uncomfortable, but if you can persevere it does gradually get easier as the body starts to heal. Bee has found that it takes, once you are on the diet and supplements fully, and don't 'cheat', approximately one month for every year you have been sick to heal. Hopefully that will give you some encouragement. I really hope that you can get through this - it is very hard for you to cope with and many of us here have been in a similar place, but have come through it and are recovering. Regards, Ali. Guest guest
Hi Tina, Sounds like you have put a lot of pharmaceutical drugs into your body. You might have eaten " well " but the drugs would have had a huge impact on your health. Pharmaceutical drugs are very damaging. I know I ate " well " for 10 years (and I never took much in the way of pharmaceutical drugs) and I used to get itching in my legs every night which would stop me from sleeping as well as many other health problems. You need to do this diet and only this diet. No more searching for a pill to fix you. So many people want the the magical answer to a " magical " disease. As Bee says there are no diseases just a body that is not healthy. This diet (life long diet) works. I don't itch anymore after 1 year on this diet. I don't ache all over anymore. I rarely have stomach pain anymore. I am only at the beginning of the journey. I have a few more years to go. And the more I do this diet the more I realise that sticking to it is vitally important. Listen to Bee. I have come to realise she knows a lot. Cassie > > Bee has asked me to post this on this site in order to be able to get answers.
