Hi Bee,

I have been on your diet for about 2 year now and are experiencing

lots of improvements, still about a year to go...

I have this 5mm wound on my temple right by the hairline

that I have had for about 9 months that still hasn't healed. I think it was

original a pimple

but don't really remember. Any suggestions from you on what to do

are greatly appreciated or do I just have to be patient that this will heal

with time?

Thanks,

Anni

+++Hi Anni,

Congratulations for being on my program for 2 years, and getting lots of

improvements. Good for you!

Did you ever have an injury in your temple in the past, or had a chicken pox

spot there, or had a mole or skin tag removed, since your body will retrace

them all while it is healing itself. You are familiar with retracing, right?

To help it heal mix 3% hydrogen peroxide 50/50 with non-chlorinated water in a

dropper bottle, and wet a bandaid with it. Keep it on while you sleep. Be sure

not to get it in or near your eyes. Do not put it on during the day so air can

do some healing. Do this for 5 days if needed, and let me know what is

happening with it, i.e. changes to the better or worse, color, etc.

All the best, Bee
