Guest guest
> > Hello, I am a newbie. I have just discover this web site a couple of days ago and I have been reading and learning a lot. I'm 50 and it looks like I will be on this lifestyle change for 4+ years. :-) +++ Welcome, BJ! Since Bee won't be back to answer questions till the morning, I thought I'd chime in here and tell what I know. >>I was looking through the site and I couldn't seem to find anything on exercise. I was thinking of doing some walking and pilates. +++ You can read this article on exercise: <http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/health3.php> >> Secondly, I'm not much of a math whiz here. How do I figure out my portions for my body. I am 5'7 " . +++ <http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php> +++ according to the calculator, your ratios would be: Protein 70 grams Carbohydrates 56 grams Fats from 175 to 246 grams & #65279; but do ensure you read the articles. >> My last question is regarding transition. How do, or better, what do I transition to when my body is done healing? Thank you so much! +++ I would assume Bee would have you follow as per this article: <http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal13.php> I do believe on those pages, she shows what a healed person can consume and the ways the supplements would change once healed... To your health! began 03/09/
Guest guest
Thank you for showing me where the exerise area was in the web site. I couldn't find it. After looking at the calculations part again, your figures made sense. Last question, what does the " & 65279 " refer to after the fat gram numbers? Have a great evening!
