Guest guest
> > Hi Bee, > I am writing to ask you a question about the rate with which my skin is healing. As you know I have psoriasis and it is very difficult to see it daily. I seemed to go through a good change a month or so ago and was so excited! Now it is moving like a tortoise and I feel a little concerned that I am not responding well for some reason. I am needing encouragment not because the diet is difficult for me or that I am giving up but because it is taking this long for my skin to clear. My past experience with healing of psoriasis involved that good 'ol alkaline diet that I know makes zero sense but my skin was gorgeous in 6 months time. Of course I worked out like a crazy person to sweat and I weighed in at a whopping 104 pounds at 5'6 " . The diet I followed consisted of mainly vegetables, fruits and a few grains with fish once a week. I was starving but it felt so good to see my skin clear! I realize that my body has been malnourished since birth and what I did 12 years ago to clear my skin was harsh. I have never received this amount of nutrients before in my life which makes it all the more difficult that I am not clearing as quickly as I had hoped. Sorry for the long message but I have been dealing with this silently for a while and need your advice. +++Hi , You are not healing slowly since takes 1 month for every year you have had any particular health issue. Your body is detoxifying and healing like it should on this program and you have obvious evidence of toxins coming out through your skin in the form of psoriasis. Be thankful you are getting skin issues instead of upchucking everything but 9 foods like I did. Like many others on this program you are progressing towards health. To get more inspiration and encouragement read Success Stories about skin clearing up, and to get more confidence in this program secure read more about healing naturally: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php Healing hugs and warm fuzzies, Bee
Guest guest
I meant to ask you in the last message if my body should be following a healing pattern like the top down or visa versa or can it be random throughout ? I know Herings Law of healing says inside/out usually top to bottom or bottom to top and I am just changing at random. Any thoughts or does it matter? :-) Thank you for your patience with all of my whining and wimpering, > > Hi Bee, > I am writing to ask you a question about the rate with which my skin is healing. It doesn't really matter, since it takes as long as it takes, and you will be getting better and better during your journey. Now your body will be able to reverse all of the processes that went on while you were getting worse and worse. It is not a steady uphill climb towards health, where you feel better and better every day. There are many ups and downs along the way. Each time your body gets stronger and you are feeling great, Wham! Your body digs in and works on something else. Later you'll feel great again, and again Wham! And so on. All the best, Bee
