Guest guest
Hi and sorry you are feeling so badly. I know what it's like to feel very badly. I am new here and not even sure if I should be replying, I'll have to read those rules again as it seems only mods and Bee reply to the messages I've seen. But I just wanted to say that often medications cause crazy side effects, especially when you are already toxic. Did these symptoms really start up after starting the new medication? About a month ago, before finding Bee, I took my Claritin for body itching, and it gave me anxiety for 2 days straight, i didn't even sleep after taking it that first night. I had racing heart, trembling, tremors, and anxiety waves over and over. this never happened to me before, it was always safe for me to take. I was so scared because I'd always relied on Claritin when I was that itchy. But then, foods were making me react too. So, sometimes maybe when we are so toxic, so ill, we have to take many steps back in order to simplify and remove all potential toxins and start to heal, by taking the very things Bee recommends which will present some of the very same symptoms through detoxing. I'll stop here and I'm sure a moderator or Bee will be back to you soon. I hope it's okay that I wrote, I just wanted to give you some support, as I know what 'crazy body feelings' and reactions feel like. Maybe you can consider weaning off your medications in the nearer future too. Take care, Tina. > > Hello, I have a question, and sorry if this sounds weird. I'll just say what > happened recently. Guest guest
Hi , I rarely ever post anymore, but i read your story and feel for you. I've been on the program for about a year and a half now and virtually consider myself " cured " at this point. I'll be writing up a much bigger and more detailed " success story " in the near future. Anyway, my journey started much like yours. Anxiety and depression, hightened by sugar consumption, sound and light sensitivity, rashes, etc. Most of these things are being caused by running on your fight/flight nervous system which is caused by running on carbs, and from not running on fats. You need to switch over to this program and stop carbs and increase your fats. It's not in your head, that's what doctors told me too. Don't bother wasting money on an MRI. I wish I hadn't. After about 3,000 dollars in doctor/hospital costs all they did was tell me there was nothing wrong with me...except that my bank account was now empty! I cured myself of all illness, with the help of this website of course and lots and lots of personal research and experience. For a while I thought I wouldn't be able to work anymore or ever have a girlfriend again. Now I work, I travel, and I'm with the most gorgeous girl i've ever known and my libido is up and running! I still don't excersize because conserving energy is still important to me, but hey, who needs to excersize when I'm in the best physical shape in my life, all just from this diet. No joke. My full list of symptoms that I've had is unbelievable, you name it, I probably had it, and they're all gone. They just start to go away, one at a time, some faster than others, some not so much. The anxiety and depression went very quickly for me, thankfully, but you have to remove all sugar sources immediately for that to start fading. Sugar cravings might make it worse at first, but you just have to grin and bare it, and know that there is a light at the end. DO NOT CHEAT. That is key. I was hard core for the last year and a half never cheating, i've just started having some cheese and butternut squash here and there and seem to be tolerating them fine. I'm also only 28, so i believe i'm just about close to fully healing. I eat so much meat and fat i can't get enough. Put butter or coconut oil right on your foods to help get your fats up. You need to eat lots of fat with your protein to be able to synthesize the fat soluble nutrients in your food, also, it makes everything taste MUCH better. I put butter on EVERYTHING. I go through about 5 or 6 tablespoons a day of it. I'm 5'8' about a 135 pounds and built like Bruce Lee. And if doctors saw what I was eating for the last 18 months they'd say I should be dead by now, yet I look way better than any doctor i've ever seen lol. Good luck with the program, be sure to stick with it, and don't cheat! Have faith! You can do it! - Hello, I have a question, and sorry if this sounds weird. I'll just say what happened recently. I had been feeling up and down, depressed one minute and okay the next, then anxiety crept in. I was craving sugar like mad, eating eating eating, gaining weight, never satiated. THe anxiety came with photophobia and sound sensitivity. About a year ago I noticed a pain above my ear that seemed to come along with depressive and obsessive thoughts. I have noticed when i eat sugar this pain and depression gets worse. I feel like this is going to drive me crazy. I haven't been to work because of my anxiety and light sensitivity for three days. I'm going to try to go back tomorrow. I don't know what is happening to me but the feeling in my head mimics the other candida in my body. For example, sometimes when i eat sugar my toes itch, or the rash under my breasts itch, so this pain (not a bad pain) may be candida inflammation? I'm so confused. The doctors think this is all anxiety but they haven't even address my chronic infections, white tongue, etc. I have so little faith in them. I'm trying to get an mri just to rule out anything else. I am on 50 mg of zoloft and don't want to increase it. And after the 'migraine' I began taking the thyroid medicine they have been trying to give me for months. I am less puffy. I am jittery, trembly, and afraid to eat because of the reactions I get which are huge drops in mood and the head pain. Can anyone shed some light on this? I have lost 9 pounds in 5 days due to minimizing my food so as not to feed the candida in my system. I don't know what to do. I am aware that my symptoms may or may not be candida related, but the sugar craving and other candida infections lead me in that direction. Anyone have a similar experience? First, you should have slowly decreased Zoloft and been off them a long time ago. Also, as I write many times on the group, if you are not on thyroid meds when starting on this program you do not want to start them after, because your thyroid will normalize. When it tries to normalize and you are still on thyroid meds it will confuse your thyroid, so you can lose it like I did when I did it back in 1985-87. So it appears you have not been on my program really? If I am not correct please set me straight. As you know that I am unable to advise anyone about what is happening with them when they are not completely on my program. That is because their symptoms and reactions are not predictable. Guest guest
Thank you for your support. I was in the e.r yesterday because i felt drunk and had a headache on the right side. All i did was eat a salad with cheese and meat, no dressing on it. Earlier that day i drank a boost with no symptoms. My symptoms are so bizarre and the medicine they gave me for migraine didn't really help. I was confused a bit and couldn't finish my sentences. They did a cat scan and no tumor or big brain bleeds. I have been very anxious for over a week now. IT's very confusing but I'm trying to be strong for my son.

I can only repeat what I wrote in my last reply to you: You joined this group January 2005 and it appears you have not been following this program well at all. Guest guest
HI Bee, I am sorry about your thyroid. My grandma got shocked by lightning while pregnant and developed a goiter and had to be on thyroid medication for the rest of her life as well. THe baby survived. Were you much overweight? I know the adrenals have a delicate interplay with the thyroid. I have been to your site twice and am very impressed. As for me I'm having very bizarre symptoms but I'm trying to be strong. I ate some spinach for breakfast and an egg for lunch. I'm honestly afraid to eat because I don't know what will bring on the drunk feeling and headache...It's so scary not to be able to form your thoughts into sentences and either to have racing thoughts or no thoughts. Ughhh...I know if I went to a psychiatrist they would diagnose me as bipolar or something like this...If this works for me, I will be your number one supporter. Guest guest
Hi , I just wanted to tell you some things b/c I see many of my symptoms in you. I get that drunk feeling alot, confused, weird head etc. Used to only be from sugary things, then when I didn't eat, then to sweeter vegetables, etc etc. I used to think it was specific foods, but now, I see it's not really b/c it doesn't happen every time. I also want to tell you that those sx are also symptoms of tolerance or withdrawal from certain medications. For example, I am in post acute benzodiazepine withdrawal. I quit 1 year ago almost. Those head feelings are very common in those of us who have quit benzos, which it takes even up to 2+ years for all sx to go away and the gaba receptors to regulate again. I have also heard many horror stories about the newer antidepressant meds, which, as Bee said, would have been best probably for you to slowly quit. There is a terrible withdrawal syndrome that accompanies cessation of antidepressant too, so it won't be easy. If you've played with taking benzos here and there, you may well be in withdrawal from that. I think there can be several 'things' wrong with us that messes up the immune sx and normal functioning from so many sources such as yeast problems and medications withdrawals and all the effects that come from those. But as I've seen Bee write already so many times, it's really just one thing. Meaning the end result that we are in can come from drug abuse, candida, improper diet etc, ends up putting us all in the same boat. I guess more than one way to skin a cat - more than one way to destroy your body! Just wanted to say this, hope that's okay. Don't despair, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. But you have to really work at it, and I don't know you, just saying for my own hellish experiences for 2.5 years now since my body crashed and has not been the same since. Take care and stay strong, Tina > > > > > Thank you for your support. I was in the e.r yesterday because i felt drunk and had a headache on the right side. Is this possible? candida in the nervous system why people have ms? +++Hi , Please know that I am very willing to give you any help and support you need or want when you are on my program. After you are completely on it, say 1 month, let me know, okay? You can have candida/fungus growing in your ear, but it is rare for it to be growing in the brain. People get MS because of these 5 reasons for all failing health, and they can also have candida as well, so they are also the cause of candida (a fungus), just like they are the cause of cancer (a fungus): 1) Lack of the correct combination of nutrients that all humans need in order to be healthy. 2) Lack of oxygen at a cellular level. 3) Accumulation of toxins, poisons, and waste because of an inability of the body to detoxify like it should. 4) Lowered vitality (energy) due to stress, shock, injury, emotional upsets, losses, relationship or financial worries, being unhealthy, etc. 5) Poor " Nutritional Status " acquired from parents upon conception. Candida, a fungus, is the " result of " and not the " cause of " diseases, since it is your body's 'almost last-ditch effort' to clean itself up toxins and maintain its health in spite of toxins, poor nutrition, damaging foods, etc. I'm here for you when you are doing my program my friend! As always, Bee

I have to live with some issues, particularly with my body being able to process calcium, but am doing great in spite of them. That's very sad about your Grandma and her thyroid. That's wonderful the baby was okay! When I first lost my thyroid I gained a few pounds but I was underweight at that time because I had Grave's Disease (extremely high thyroid output), which was the reason I got scared and allowed the medicos to kill it with radioactive iodine. It is very scarey to have those drunken feelings. In my Yeast Syndrome book they describe a man who got charged with drunken driving because he went way over on the breathalyzer test, however he'd never had a drop of alcohol his whole life. It took him years to find out about candida. Please do not " try to avoid your drunken feelings " by changing foods or lowering them, or eliminating them in any way. Your symptoms will be unpredictable due to many factors I write about (age, how well you stick to the program, how debilitated you are, stress levels, etc.). When your body gets to the point it can detoxify better, even detoxifying alcohol, and the candida is not producing as much alcohol it will happen less and less. Until then, there will be many ups and downs. It is mainly the nutrients from the diet and supplements that heal your body. During consultations I say there are 3 most important things that help your body heal: 1) Nutrients! 2) Nutrients! 3) Nutrients! lol! The bi-polar diagnosis is made up by Psychiatrist in order to get more people on drugs anyway. Orthomolecular Physicians are also psychiatrist, but they have been treating mental health issues for over 50 years using supplements. Of course they don't understand how important foods are too. If they also knew about foods, like my diet, they would be even more successful and not have to prescribe so many supplements. In fact, I know an Orthomolecular Physician personally, he's was on my group a few years ago. When he stopped posting, he stated: Anyone would get healthy on Bee's Program! (Like, Bee doesn't need my help.) lol! All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Thank you Tina. I appreciate your input and experience. I am not on any meds but Zoloft. I did not take my thyroid med today (only been on it for five days). I can feel my thyroid trying to kick in (swollen). I'm just thinking, what if candida has gotten into the brain through an ear infection? What can we do then? It would certainly cause a lot of psychiatric symptoms. Guest guest
OH MY!!! I am NOT any sort of expert, but I've done a great deal of reading this past year. So, PLEASE, anyone in the know, CORRECT me if I am wrong. There are very LIMITED reasons to get a brain infection. Such as FUNGAL MENINGITIS, bacterial meningitis, etc. In an advanced stage of a Candida albicans infection, called CANDIDIASIS, you would be in a coma, near death with bodily functions shutting down. You would be in ICU hooked up to lots of machines with little chance of recovery. The brain is protected by fluids and a layered sac. Even many vitamins, minerals and supplements cannot penetrate the BLOOD/BRAIN Barrier. When you get to the point that you want to get off of the ZOLOFT, please do some research. I was on it from 1999 to 2004. There's a lovely little deal called the " ZOLOFT ZAPS " that NO ONE tells you about when they prescribe it to you. You must wean yourself off of this medication over a period of 3 months to one year. Even then, you will get the ZAPS occasionally for several years. It is a tiny little, aggravating electrical ZAP throughout your body, 100's of time a day. There's several other annoying side effects that go along with the cessation of this horrid drug. It taught me to NOT mess with Mother Nature or her brain wiring. I was created as a fully functional human being until the medical community got their hands on me! By following BEE'S program, my life has turned around in one month. I am at perhaps 70% of my former self, but so much ahead of the creature I was 2 months ago. I consider myself the LUCKIEST person ever, since I started LIVING this way. And I am ALIVE and it is AWESOME! Cheers, DeBBie > > Thank you Tina. I appreciate your input and experience.
