I am just looking for support, wondering if this is a typical reaction. Because

of my so many food 'intolerances' any reaction scares me a bit. I did not react

much at all today eating, but an hour after my lunch, I've been having a

building feeling of picky itches all over. everywhere like stomach, chin, on

fingers, under rt foot at one spot where I've been having itch problems on and

off since I became ill.

I am consuming more of the coconut oil, so the picky itches concerns me, because

I am/supposedly always been a bit allergic to nuts on tests.

I am just loving the coconut oil (from someone who couldn't tolerate it the

first 2x I tried it.

I've upped my dosage to 2 tsps with my food, and would love to eat more, but I

am getting these picky type itches all over. It feels almost like, heat rash, a

pickiness to it but an itch burn too.

Just wondering for how many if this is sort of the typical type reaction?

Bee I stopped the Pro C ascorbate as you suggested, and my severely painful and

cramping legs have lessened. Still very tight and achy, but I was almost unable

to walk w/o limping. And all my muscles were starting to tense this way.

Something was really out of whack from that, we'll see how it goes.

Thank you for your support, it's amazing to have a place to go and be guided by

someone who obviously really cares.

I have put in my final order at iherb and should be getting the proper vit c,

magn citrate, calcium citrate in a few days.
